Vendor Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must provide accurate and complete personal and professional information.
• Registration requires valid identity proof including Aadhaar or PAN details.
• Only legitimate photographers, videographers and studios may register.
• Imperial Shots reserves the right to verify vendor identity before approval.

2. Accuracy of Information

• All information provided during registration must be genuine and correct.
• Providing false identity, fake portfolio links or misleading experience is strictly prohibited.
• Imperial Shots may suspend or permanently ban vendors providing incorrect information.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their profile details updated.

3. Fraud Prevention Policy

• Any vendor found involved in fraud, scam, or misleading clients will be permanently removed.
• Fake bookings, payment manipulation or impersonation will result in immediate termination.
• Imperial Shots reserves the right to report fraudulent vendors to relevant legal authorities.
• Legal action may be taken under applicable laws of India.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must deliver services as promised in their package listings.
• Professional behaviour with clients is mandatory.
• Vendors must follow local laws and regulations while providing services.
• Drone usage must comply with Government of India drone regulations.

5. Client Interaction Policy

• Vendors must communicate honestly with clients.
• Packages, pricing and service details must be clearly stated.
• Misleading offers or fake promotions are strictly prohibited.

6. Vendor Data & Privacy

• Vendor information including identity verification may be securely stored by Imperial Shots.
• This data is used for verification, safety and platform operations.
• Imperial Shots does not sell vendor personal information to third parties.
• However, verified vendor details may be visible to clients for booking purposes.

7. Platform Rights

• Imperial Shots reserves the right to approve or reject vendor registrations.
• Vendor accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms.
• Profiles violating platform policies may be removed without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• Vendors retain ownership of their portfolio images and videos.
• However, Imperial Shots may display vendor portfolios for promotional purposes.
• Vendors confirm they have rights to upload the media they submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Imperial Shots acts as a marketplace platform connecting clients and vendors.
• The platform is not directly responsible for service delivery by vendors.
• Any dispute between client and vendor must be resolved between the respective parties.

10. Legal Compliance

• All vendors must comply with the laws of the Government of India.
• Illegal activities, copyright violations or unauthorized filming are strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By registering on Imperial Shots and submitting the vendor registration form, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to comply with all platform rules and policies.
• You accept that violation may result in suspension or legal action.
