These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Imperial Shots. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
• Advance payments are required to confirm the booking.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances approved by Imperial Shots administration.
• If a booking is cancelled 20–25 days before the event, a 5% penalty on the advance will apply.

2. Service Availability

• Services are subject to availability on the selected dates.
• Imperial Shots reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate personal and event details.
• Any changes in schedule, venue, or requirements must be communicated at least 15 days before the event.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for event coverage if required by local authorities.

4. GST & Taxes

• All service charges are subject to applicable GST and other taxes as per Indian Government regulations.
• Clients are responsible for any additional taxes required by law.

5. Liability & Insurance

• Imperial Shots will take all reasonable care during service execution, but is not liable for accidents, theft, or damage beyond our control.
• Clients may obtain event insurance at their discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

• All images, videos, and media produced by Imperial Shots remain our property until full payment is received.
• Clients are granted limited rights for personal use; commercial use requires explicit permission.

7. Privacy & Data

• Client data will be stored securely as per our Privacy Policy.
• Imperial Shots will not share personal information with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising will be governed by the laws of India, and parties will attempt amicable resolution before legal recourse.
• Jurisdiction lies in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.

9. Updates to Terms

• Imperial Shots may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
