Welcome to Imperial Shots. This document outlines the terms, conditions and government compliance regulations that govern our videography services.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made via our official checkout page.
• Advance payment of 20% is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be received prior to delivery of final video content.
• Payment methods include online payment gateways as listed on our website.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
• All refunds are processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

3. Event Guidelines

• Clients must provide accurate event details including venue, date and timings.
• Imperial Shots will adhere to all local government regulations and permissions for filming.
• Any restrictions by event venues must be communicated in advance.

4. Content Delivery

• Videos are delivered digitally within the agreed timeline.
• Imperial Shots reserves the right to use portions of the video for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• Raw footage is not typically shared unless explicitly requested.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure safe access to event locations for our team and equipment.
• Provide any necessary permissions or permits required by local authorities.
• Communicate any specific requirements or shots prior to the event.

6. Intellectual Property

• All video content remains the intellectual property of Imperial Shots until full payment is received.
• Clients may request licensing for personal or commercial use once payment obligations are fulfilled.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Imperial Shots is not responsible for any lost or damaged content due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imperial Shots for any claims arising from the event coverage.

8. Government Compliance

• All videography services comply with the laws and regulations of the Government of India.
• Any legal obligations regarding drone usage, copyright or public events will be strictly adhered to.
• Clients must ensure necessary permissions from local authorities for recording at public locations.
