Advance Payment, Refund, GST & Cancellation Policy

This document details the official advance payment, refund, GST, and cancellation policies of Imperial Shots. All clients are required to read and agree to these terms before confirming a booking.

1. Advance Payment

• An advance of 20% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your booking.
• Advance payments are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• The remaining amount is due according to the payment schedule before the event.
• All payments are processed via our official online payment gateways.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the client directly.
• Cancellations are only considered under special circumstances and require approval from Imperial Shots admin.
• Clients must contact us via infoimperialshots@gmail.com for any special cancellation request.

3. Refund Policy

• If a special cancellation is approved 20–25 days before the event, a refund will be processed minus a 5% penalty of the total advance.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable in all other cases.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

4. GST & Taxes

• All bookings include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian government regulations.
• The GST rate is applied on the total amount including any service charges.
• Invoices will be provided on request and are compliant with Indian GST law.

5. Liability & Government Compliance

• Imperial Shots is not responsible for any losses due to circumstances beyond control including technical failures, natural disasters, or venue restrictions.
• All services comply with government regulations including copyright, drone usage, and public event permissions.
• Clients are responsible for providing any additional permits required for filming at specific venues.

6. Client Acknowledgement

• By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms.
• Clients confirm understanding that advance payment is non-refundable except under special cases approved by admin.
• Clients agree to comply with all government rules and regulations during the event coverage.
